Renovation of a municipal facility in London, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
345 Wharncliffe Office Renovations. - Demolish and dispose existing doors, door frame, partitions, flooring, bulkheads, ceiling, millwork, mechanical components, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, radiators, landscaping, electrical and data fixtures as outlined in the architectural layouts and required to accommodate the new proposal - Carefully remove and swap existing exterior door and window as outlined in architectural layout. Frame and patch outer edges to match adjacent existing walls. - Prepare and clean mechanical wall openings to receive new wall enclosure - Supply and install new drywall partitions, concrete block walls and ceiling gypsum board including access hatches and bulkheads as required at site condition. Complete with plastering and painting. - Supply and install new doors and frames Supply and install new hardware for existing and new doors - Supply and install security counter millwork. Shop drawing to be reviewed by the consultant prior fabrication. - Supply and install new flooring with levelling prior to installation - Supply and install new electrical fixtures with new wiring, and life safety system including connections - Supply and install new HVAC fixtures and equipment (heat pump, split air conditioning, and heaters) including all associated wiring and piping Documents can be obtained from https://lmch.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Wed Feb 19, 2025 12:00:00 PM (EST)
