This will require but is not excluded to the following: This is the Early Works package to complete the demolition of D3 at St. Joseph's in preparation of the next phase of the multi-Program Move. This includes the removal of partitions, the temporary relocation of Hand Therapy within D3, and the exposure of the beams as required for structural calculations. The Early Works phase includes the rebuild of the temporary Hand Therapy location, but the remainder of the space will remain in a safe, demolition state until construction starts in the final phase of the Multi Program Move project.
