Parks Canada, Prince Edward Island National Park, requires solid waste collection and disposal services including, containers, and dumpsters. The contractor must, supply, install, maintain, and dispose of waste according to the Statement of Work. Service is required April 01, 2025 until March 31, 2028 with two (2) optional periods. The period of the Contract is from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2028 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment. Canada may exercise this option at any time by sending a written notice to the Contractor before the expiry date of the Contract. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority, and will be evidenced for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment. All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority Eric Robinson National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act. The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/04/01.
