Renovation of a hospitality development in Dalvay by the Sea, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
Replacement of Dalvay-by-the-Sea Hotel Roofing - Dalvay-by-the-Sea National Historic Site. Parks Canada requires, in general, remove existing asphalt shingles on all sloped roof areas and dormers; replace with a new laminated architectural roof shingle system, in a green color similar to existing shingles. Removal of all existing asphalt shingles on sloped roof areas and dormers; replacement with new laminated architectural roof shingle system (green colour), including underlayment, flashings, ridge vents, chimney flashing replacement, vent boots, zinc strips for moss control, temporary cable removal/reinstallation, gutter and downspout replacement (optional), and removal/replacement of flat roof membrane areas. The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s). The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
