Reference Number 00004859415 The Contractor shall supply all materials, labour and equipment required to complete the scope of work for the Hazel Lane Townhouses - Heat Pump Installations Housing project located at 1-6 and 8 Hazel Lane, Kensington The Contractor shall: a. Obtain all necessary permits to complete the work. b. Obtain and verify accuracy of all required measurements to complete the work. c. Complete all work in accordance with applicable building codes and standards. d. Provide shop drawings and owner manuals for equipment. e. Complete all cutting and patching required to complete the work. f. Install one (1) 15,000 BTU ductless heat pump in each unit (34 units total) c/w all required equipment and components. Location of heat pump head and exterior condenser unit to be confirmed by Government before installation. Exterior condenser unit to be installed on foundation mounted brackets. g. Heat pump wiring in each unit already complete. h. Installation shall include, but not limited to, all required piping, electrical, controls, metal mounting brackets or stands, insulation, equipment, and caulking required. i. Controls to be by standard remote control. j. Install surge protectors for all units. k. Ensure all work is performed by qualified licensed personnel, and coordinate all required Provincial and or Municipal inspections as required.
