Scope of Work: 1. Supply of specified Public Address Components. 2. Install, test, commission and provide training of the new Public Address System. a. Follow "PSB SAFE WOR PROCEDURE FOR ASBESTOS REMOVAL LESS THAN 1%" for OFFICE 168 and TEAM ROOM 170. 3. Demolition and removal of the existing Public Address System once new Public Address System has been tested and approved. a. Owner reserves right to accept or reject any or all offers. b. The lowest or any Bid will not necessarily be accepted. c. Bids submitted which indicate "Own Forces" for subcontract work, that in the opinion of the Owner cannot be successfully completed by the Bidder's employees will not be accepted. d. Bids not submitted on the required form will be rejected. e. Bids which are incomplete or qualified will be rejected. f. This Bid creates no obligation on the part of the Owner to award the contract or to reimburse proponents for the proposal preparation expenses. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, received as a result of this request, and to negotiate in any manner necessary to best serve the interest of the Owner. g. All Bidders acknowledge that they have no claim against, or entitlement to damages from the Owner of the Consultant by reason of the Owner's rejection of their individual Bids or all Bids. h. Following acceptance of the Bid by the Owner, the Consultant will issue a written notice of acceptance to the successful Bidder. i. Following acceptance of a Bid, the Owner will return Bid Security Deposits that were submitted with Bids which were not accepted.
