The Sunshine Coast Regional District (SCRD) is seeking the services of a Contractor to provide playground equipment and installation at Cedar Meadows Park located at 1441 Bonniebrook Heights Rd in Gibsons, BC. The Contractor should include costing and options for the following: Removal and disposal of existing playground equipment, 2-3 playground design options, New playground equipment, including replenishment of surfacing materials, playground border renewal, and Other associated materials and supplies. Installation, delivery and other associated fees. Inspection and maintenance schedules and plans (mandatory). Staff/ Contractor Communications Virtual meetings as required with SCRD project lead. Onsite meetings with SCRD project lead. Suggested - initial site review, preconstruction, post construction. Construction/ Installation Removal and proper disposal of existing playground equipment. Order, deliver, and install agreed upon design within budget. Re-use surfacing material within the playground borders. Complete all components of installation.
