All bidders must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid. Prequalification forms can be obtained by email: susan@rippeeconstruction.com. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required for all subcontracts over $100,000. Rippee Construction, Inc. reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept or reject any and/or all bids deemed to be in the best interest of Florida State University or Rippee Construction, Inc.
