Site work for a civil project in Deming, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each proposal shall be submitted in accordance with the information for bidders and shall be accompanied by an acceptable Proposal Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, made payable to Luna County, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, the bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds within ten (10) calendar days after award of the Contract. Project consists of flood control and drainage improvements including diversion berms, ponds, earthwork, erosion control, and all located within Luna County, NM. Luna County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal. Question Deadline 02/21/2025 Requests for Contract interpretation shall be in writing, addressed to the Chief Procurement Officer and must be received by the Chief Procurement Officer
