As of November 21, 2024, an awarded general contractor has been identified. Construction commenced November 15, 2024 and is expected to take one year to complete. All trades have been awarded. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. According to Drawings and Specifications prepared by NCA Architects and described in general as: Project Consists of the interior and exterior renovation of an existing single story building and minor site modifications. The demolition will include minor site removals, penetrations through existing exterior building walls, and interior partition, plumbing, electrical and interior finishes removals. New work will consist of minor exterior wall enclosures, new exterior doors and glazing, and exterior wall infill and repair. Interior work will include new partitions, doors and glazing, finishes, and new electrical, mechanical and plumbing. The project will be bid as an individual bid with 2 bid lots. Sealed bids will be received at the County Manager s Office until: OCTOBER 22, 2024 @ 3:00 PM (MST) Bid will be opened and read aloud at that time and that place. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Interested parties are invited to attend. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.
