Facility Digester Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Design-Builder (D-B) for the Pima County Tres Rios Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF) Digester. The Scope of Services includes all services required to design and construct a fully functional, and easily maintainable Digester at the Tres Rios WRF. Certified Small Business Enterprises (SBE) firms are, encouraged to participate. Pima County reserves the right to reject any and all qualification statements or withhold the award for any reason.
