Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Windsor, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,100-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

The Owner, the Washingtonville Central School District will receive sealed bids to furnish material and labor to complete the 2024 Capital Project Phase 1A which includes roof replacements. Removal and replacement of approximately 4,100 square feet of roofing at Little Britain Elementary School Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the terms indicated in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, reject any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, as the Owner being exempt therefrom.
