Renovation of a residential development in New Windsor, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
When signing in, be sure to check the project name listed on the sign in sheet to ensure you are recording your attendance correctly. Failure to do so will cause out to be ineligible to submit a quote. There are no exceptions. Please write clearly for corresponding purposes and make sure you include an email address and phone number where you can be reached. Late arrivers at the site will not be allowed to sign in, participate, nor submit a quote for this project. If you are unable to attend either day, you will not be able to schedule a site visit at different time. The quotes may be hand delivered, mailed and or emailed as long as they are RECEIVED in the Business Office prior to the deadline. EMAIL IS PREFERRED! Please check your submission for arithmetic errors and correct labor wages. Hudson Valley DDSO reserves the right to reject any quote which does not reflect the correct prevailing wages in accordance with the provided wage schedule. Tabulation of quotes will be posted to the listings on NYS Contract Reporter along with the award. Contract term: Within 30 days of receiving the purchase During this transition period, for projects where the bids were due prior to December 30, 2024, but the work will commence after that date, contractors not already registered with DDL must be registered prior to the commencement of the work For any additional questions regarding the Contractor Registry process, please reach out to the Bureau of Public Work and Prevailing Wage at 518-457-5589 or send an email to: labor.sm.pwask@labor.nv.gov Vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of project, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Remove existing Countertops and Cabinets Dishwashers and Stoves to remain. If either needs to be temporarily removed, it is contractor's responsibility to disconnect and reconnect/reinstall' Laminate countertops to be replaced with Quartz countertops Replace sinks in kind with Elkay stainless steel single basin sink with 8" depth. Install new basket strainer. Existing faucet to be replaced with Delta Foundations 21988LF-SS faucet Cabinets to be replaced with stained oak plywood cabinets with raised panel nonmitered doors. Stain colors to be determined by DDSO staff and vendor after project has been awarded. Tile backsplash to be removed and replaced with solid quartz paneling Crown molding and panels to be replaced in kind Replace existing electrical receptacles and backplates with new pieces in white. Relocate dishwasher shutoff valves from the basement to inside the base cabinet under the sink
