Install new basket strainer. Existing faucet to be replaced with Delta Foundations 21988LF-SS faucet Cabinets to be replaced with stained oak plywood cabinets with raised panel nonmitered doors. Stain colors to be determined by DDSO staff and vendor after project has been awarded. Tile backsplash to be removed and replaced with solid quartz paneling Crown molding and panels to be replaced in kind Replace existing electrical receptacles and backplates with new pieces in white.
