This is an invitation to submit a proposal to Ottumwa Housing Authority for Lawn Maintenance for the 2025 season at the following properties: Southoak Towers 102 West Finley Avenue, Camelot Towers 827 Albia Road, Westgate Towers 910 West Second Street, Oak Terrace 561 Ottumwa St, 309 Tindell Street, Elm Court, Fairview, Hedrick Heights 302 Summitt Street, Jay & Fellows, Taft Circle/Avenue. Scope of work on each site: Mowing, Trimming and Blowing driveway and sidewalks, possibly weed control. Ottumwa Housing Authority approval process may require approval by Ottumwa Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. All contractors submitting proposals must be registered and licensed with the State of Iowa. Contractors must be insured at a minimum of: public liability with bodily injury and property damage limits of not less than $1,000,000/$500,000/$50,000 to protect the Contractor and each Subcontractor against claims for personal injury or death and damage to the property of others. This shall cover the use of all equipment, hoists, and vehicles on the site or sites. Davis-Bacon Labor Standards apply. Section 3 Guidelines must be followed. Ottumwa Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
