Site work for a water / sewer project in Ottumwa, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This is an invitation to submit a proposal to Ottumwa Housing Authority for Hot Water Line Updates Camelot 2025 at Camelot Towers 827 Albia Road, Ottumwa, Iowa Scope of work: Removal of existing main copper hot water lines on the west side of the hi-rise and replacement with pex pipe and fittings. Replacement of all hot water lines (floors 1-7). Proposals must include insulating pipe and hangers as needed Ottumwa Housing Authority approval process may require approval by Ottumwa Housing Authority Board of Commissioners. Proposals are due February 18, 2025 by 4:00 p.m. and should be labeled Plumbing Camelot Water Lines. All contractors submitting proposals must be registered and licensed with the State of Iowa. Contractors must be insured at a minimum of: public liability with bodily injury and property damage limits of not less than $1,000,000/$500,000/$50,000 to protect the Contractor and each Subcontractor against claims for personal injury or death and damage to the property of others. This shall cover the use of all equipment, hoists, and vehicles on the site or sites. Davis-Bacon Labor Standards apply. Section 3 Guidelines must be followed. Ottumwa Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
