Replacement of portions of the existing Automated Logic temperature controls and extension of this system to replace an existing Johnson Controls system at the High School. Commencement of the Work on the project shall be subject to the discretion of Ottumwa Community School District. Doc Note - Plans and specifications will be available from IMEG Consultants Corp. via email. There will be no charge to the bidder or deposit required for this method. Important note to Bidders: If partial sets are requested by Bidder, the Bidder is responsible for all related information from other drawings/specification sections. Architect is not responsible if Bidder does not obtain necessary information for developing an accurate/complete bid. Hardcopy sets may be obtained at the Contractor's request from Beeline + Blue. The Contractor shall be responsible for the cost of hard copy sets of documents. Costs for hard copy sets are not refundable. The Bidder shall state on the Proposal Form the time in calendar days, from date of "Notice of Award", or by August 8, 2025, Bidder guarantees completion of the project. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interests of the Owner. Commencement of the Work will be at the Owner's discretion.
