CR Number: 2118167 SUNY UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY ("UPSTATE") intends to make an award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for Water Sampling and Testing Services for Cooling Towers and Domestic Water Systems. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within fifteen (15) business days of this Advertised Notice. The selected vendor must be able to furnish labor, materials, parts, devices, etc. to collect and test water samples from cooling towers Campus-wide and selected locations of the domestic water systems within Hospital facilities according to the terms and conditions herein described using trained and experienced employees in accordance with Upstate Procedures and NYS Department of Health regulations.
