Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Morristown, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 100,000-square-foot, one-story above grade industrial development.
The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or to Reject Any or All Bids. Attention of Bidders is Particularly Called to the Requirements as to Conditions of Employment to Be Observed and Minimum Wage Rates to Be Paid Under the Contract. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within 60 Days After the Actual Date of the Opening Thereof. Interested firms must contact the owner or GC bidder(s) for access to the complete documents and any subsequent addenda. Question Deadline 10/16/2025 specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to MBI Companies, Inc at 299 N. Weisgarber Road, Knoxville, TN 37919 and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
