The City of Morristown reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive formalities. The City of Morristown is soliciting proposals for salvaging and deconstruction of a city-owned barn located at: 5196 Dearing Road, Morristown TN 37813 - Barn only. The Invitation to Bid issued on Friday, November 21, 2025, by the City of Morristown prescribed a timeline including those inquiries/questions be writing by 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 26, 2025, and answers published by 5:00 PM on Monday, December 1, 2025. This document satisfies that requirement. All questions shall be directed to the proposal contact listed on the first page of this document unless otherwise stated.
