Interior Demolition: Selective demolition shall include removable portions of interior partitions, fixed glass window openings and existing concrete slab on grade for installation of new platform lift 2. Vertical Platform Lift: New fully enclosed hydraulic vertical platform lift with fully enclosed cab and accessible doors. 3. Interior Improvements: Minor work including wood framing, gypsum board, wood trim and painting. F. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades) A. Bid security 41211 be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Performance bond and payment bond required for successful bidder. 1. Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to three business days prior to conference.
