Install cable tags on each phase of Medium Voltage feeder F512, from switchgears, to pits, then in all manholes. Install in all areas that can access to the conductors. Maps and cable tag instruction and examples provided in Attachments #2-9. A list of each location and provided in Attachment #4. Escorts are required. This project is to Identify the 512 feeders in its entirety. Notify the government HV shop via outage requests to perform the following sub.5 feeder temporary connections during construction and to return the feeder connections back to normal once the existing sub.5 15 kV switchgear tagging are completed. Outage must be completed through NBK outage process. This process may require after hour and Work permits. Install cable tags on each phase of feeder F512 from B7205 switchgear, in B7205 pit, then in all manholes to B7035, B7207, B7410, B7418, B7421, B7422, and B7423Cable tags info and material shall meet UEM provided spec from P876 project. Submit cable segment tag names to UEM for govt. approval prior to cable tag ordering. Dewater manholes per Attachment #10 Naval Base Kitsap Phase II Stormwater Management Program PlanCable tags shall meet UEM provided spec from P876 project. Submit cable segment tag names to UEM for govt. approval prior to cable tag ordering. Attach new red plastic tags with white lettering of the F512 CTs, & PTs ratio and multitap settings on switchgear at each location. Include date and location of CTs/PTs inside SWGR on labels. Project will require separate outages to Delta North F512N manholes then Delta South F512S manholes to allow for de-energized work in support of shore power protection system electrical model data needed for power distribution to nuclear assets. This Project will require an NBK Energized Work Permit to Complete.
