This project has been awarded to Interwest Construction Inc. in the amount of $2,864,000. The contract includes general trades, mechanical, electrical, and related site work for an addition and renovation of a one-story, wood framed structure to enlarge a meeting room, add additional storage, and common area renovations. This project is subject to meet Washington State prevailing wages rates. All work performed on the project will be subject to the approved wage determination rates in the bid documents.
