Western Reserve Local School District ( School District ) issues this Request for Qualifications to provide Design-Build Services in accordance with the requirements of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 153 for its Athletic Running Track Upgrade project at the Western Reserve Local Schools K-12 Campus ( Project ) to be located on the property of the School District at 13850 W. Akron-Canfield Road, Berlin Center, Ohio 44401. The School District seeks submission of qualifications from companies interested in performing the work and to provide with such response, information regarding its competence to perform the required services as indicated by the technical training, education and experience of the company, its personnel and key consultants especially the technical training, education and experience of the employees and consultants who will be assigned to perform the services including the proposed design, engineering and construction for the Project All responses shall be evaluated in accordance with the requirements for Ohio Revised Code 153.71. Upon receipt of submissions, the School District may hold discussions with individual firms to explore further the firm s statement of qualifications, scope and nature of the services the firm will provide and the various technical approaches the firm may take toward the Project. The Project shall consist primarily of renovation to the athletic running track. It is anticipated that the work will be completed by August 15, 2025. All interested parties are encouraged to review the additional documentation on the School District s website. All firms may submit a statement of qualifications by submission of its proposal as set forth above. Estimated budget for the entire project including design, engineering and construction is 375,000-475,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
