Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cumberland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project generally consists of replacement of existing standard efficiency boiler plant with new high efficiency condensing boiler plant [3 - Vitodens 200-W B2HA-112,399 Viessmann Boilers]. Supplying boilers is included in contractors' scope of work. Electrical and DDC Controls work will be provided under separate contract by owner. All work is to be completed outside of school hours. Bids submitted will be deemed irrevocable and will remain unchanged for a period of thirty (30) days after closing date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The work associated with this project must be substantially complete by TBC.
