Nuisance Abatement. The terms of this agreement shall be for 1 year(s) from the date of acceptance of this contract by the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government. This agreement may be automatically extended for an additional 4-1 year(s) renewal. This contract may be canceled by either party thirty (30) days after delivery by canceling party of written notice of intent to cancel to the other contracting party. The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government has a Certified Minority and Women Business Enterprise seventeen percent (17%) minimum goal including minimum subgoals of five percent (5%) for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and a subgoal of twelve percent (12%) for Women Business Enterprises (WBE); a three (3%) minimum goal for Certified Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and/or Certified Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses; and a goal of utilizing Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), where applicable, for government contracts.
