The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) is soliciting Bids for HVAC replacement at the Communication building. a. 4591 W. Russel Road. 5% Bid Security (Bid Bond) The LVMPD is seeking Bids for the replacement of the HVAC unit at the Communications building located at 4591 W. Russel Road. Reference additional information under the Bid Tabs for specific requirements, terms and conditions. Question Deadline 02/13/2025 at 10:00 AM PT All questions and/or requests for clarification of the Bid Documents MUST be submitted through NGEM (https://nevada.ionwave.net/Login.aspx) If Successful Bidder fails to maintain any of the insurance coverage and/or performance bond (if required), LVMPD may withhold payment, order the Successful Bidder to stop work, declare the Successful Bidder in breach, suspend and/or terminate the Contract, assess liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 per calendar day, or may purchase replacement insurance or pay premiums due on existing policies. LVMPD may collect any replacement insurance costs or premium payments made from the Successful Bidder or deduct the amount paid from any sums due the Successful Bidder under this Contract.
