The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is soliciting qualifications for this RFB for the West Hall Epoxy Overlay project to identify qualified professionals to receive consideration of a contract to provide procurement and installation services. The Scope of Work that follows in Exhibit "D" is prepared as a tool for the procurement and installation services of the existing slab repair and an epoxy overlay floor system for the renovation of the West Hall Main Lobby, North Lobby and Alternate One for the Food Court. All responses to this RFB should use the forms provided in the Exhibits to clearly identify all of the costs for materials and installation associated with the proposal. The purpose of this RFB is to determine the lowest bid from the lowest responsive and responsible qualified bidder ("Contractor") for award of a contract to perform the Work necessary to purchase and install the West Hall Overlay floor system in accordance with the project deadlines contained in the bid documents. An application to qualify to bid is included in the bid documents for the Project. Communication between a Bidder and any member of the Board of Directors of the Authority or between a nondesignated Authority representative regarding the selection of a proponent or award of this Bid is prohibited from the time the Invitation to Bidders is advertised until the posting of the agenda for Bid award. Questions pertaining to this Invitation to Bidders shall be addressed to the Authority representative specified on the Invitation to Bidders. Failure of a Bidder, or any of its representatives, to comply with this paragraph may result in their Bid being rejected.
