Reference Number 0000374658 Rockwall County has issued this request for the sole purpose and intent of obtaining road repair and improvements on Eagle Pass located within the High Point Ranch subdivision in Rockwall County, Texas. Rockwall County will remove existing 6 inches of concrete and the sub grade will be evaluated after removal. If it needs to be repaired the County Road and Bridge department will remove and replace with compacted base rock back to the original grade. The contractor will be responsible for saw cutting existing concrete into 5'x 6'6 panels for removal and saw cutting after repoured and then seal expansion joints. The contractor will replace 6 inches of concrete with minimum strength of 4000# with #3 rebar on 18inch centers. Beginning at 193 Eagle Pass repair will start for 338' feet x 26.4 feet wide. The next section is 78' feet x 13.2 feet wide. The last section is 258' feet x 26.4 feet wide and conclude at 305 Eagle Pass. The total requested length of project is 674 feet with variable widths defined above.
