("Construction Manager") are soliciting proposals on behalf of the Municipal Airport Authority of the City of Fargo, North Dakota ("Owner") for: Bid Package #4 Hector Terminal Renovation & Expansion - Site Work. This project consists of a 4-gate, 73,000 square foot addition and a 5-gate 113,000 square foot existing building renovation and a Skyway connecting the Parking Ramp to the Existing Terminal. Bid Package #4 includes the entirety of the sitework scope of work for the Project. Bid Scope Packages: 1. Site Earthwork 2. Site Concrete 3. Site Striping 4. Apron Concrete 5. Apron Striping 6. Site Fencing 7. Landscaping It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to see that the Proposal is received before the submission deadline. Late Proposals will not be considered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in bids, and to accept the bid deemed, in the opinion of the Owner, to be in the best interest of the Owner. This project is being bid in accordance with the North Dakota Century Code. This Project includes Federal funding and therefore requires compliance with relevant federal statutes, Executive Orders, and other rules which shall be specified in the bidding documents and project information. These requirements include, but are not limited to, compliance with: Federal Nondiscrimination Acts and Authorities, the Buy American Act, Occupation Safety and Health Administration Regulations, and Federal Regulations regarding participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
