Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be performed provides for the construction curb ramps. Work includes but is not limited to removal of pavement materials, installation of ADA curb ramps, traffic, control, site restoration, and other items required to complete the contract. No DBE or training hours are assigned for this project. Questions regarding this bid may be directed to the City of Issaquah Project Manager, Greg Lucas at (425) 837-3128 or gregoryl@issaquahwa. gov. We reserve the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids and to award this Contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid. Proposals shall be on forms included in the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety), made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time announced for the opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty-five (65) days.
