The work to be performed consists, in general, of the construction of paving hot mix asphalt, full depth recycling-concrete, remove painted traffic stripe, installing inductive loop detectors, applying thermoplastic stripe, and pavement markings. Requests must be received at least 5 business days prior to bid opening. The Department will not respond to RFIs submitted after that time, unless the Department determines at its sole discretion that it is in the best interest of the public and the Department to do so.
