Demolition for a mixed-use development in Welland, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.
Demolition of the existing Black Walnut Building at the Welland Campus in its entirety including all footings, foundations and building services. Backfill to be completed with engineered backfill for future building footings. The existing building is a 1 storey brick veneered load bearing masonry structure with open web steel joist roof. The approximate gross building area is 1,000m2. TIMELINE: A Request for Proposal for prime consultant services has been issued by the Owner. Further update may be available upon award.
