Supply, Deliver & Install New Network Equipment to Horace Mann Elementary School City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder based on the Grand Total of the four (4) items and the quantities listed on the Item Sheet at p. 21 below. Bidders not bidding on every item may be deemed non-responsive. Awarded vendor will receive a purchase order Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Chief Procurement Officer, at purchasing@newtonma.gov or via facsimile (617) 796-1227. The City will only answer such requests if received by Friday, February 21, 2025 at 12:00 noon. In the event that the bid opening date is changed, the deadline for informational requests may also change as provided in an addendum issued by the City. If you have questions, please contact Nicholas Read, Chief Procurement Officer at (617) 796-1220 All questions must be answered, and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. Please type or print legibly. If necessary, add an additional sheet for starred items. This information will be utilized by the City for purposes of determining bidder responsiveness and responsibility with regard to the requirements and specifications of the Contract. All bid items will all be delivered to one location at NPS Education Center located at 100 Walnut Street Newtonville, MA 02460 Attn: IT Department 1 st floor. Deliveries to The Education Center are required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of a Purchase Order unless otherwise specified
