Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Hadley, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Town of Hadley Select Board, invites sealed bids to replacement of air condensing units in Hadley Town Hall 100 Middle Street Hadley, MA 01035 This project will disconnect, remove and dispose of three (3) condensing units #3, #4, and #5 for the 2nd floor. Disconnect and remove three (3) DX Coils Furnish and linessets. Furnish and install three (3) new condensing units for #3, #4, and #5. Installation will include power and controls wiring, as well as integration into the BMS. The Town uses Webb Control 8.0. Testing, startup and a 1 - year warranty on new equipment and labor. Postmarks will not be considered. All bids must be sealed and made upon forms furnished by the Town. Performance Bond: There are no performance bond requirements. Questions concerning this IFB must be submitted in writing to: Jennifer Sanders James, Assistant Procurement Officer, 100 Middle Street, Hadley, MA 01035 before 4:00 p.m. on February 14, 2025, at 10:00 am.
