Renovation of an educational facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

UMBA requests General Contractor and Filed Subcontractor Bids submit bids for the Cooling Tower Capacity Expansion Project on the University of Massachusetts Boston Campus. Scope includes the addition of two new cooling towers with associated support equipment that tie into the campuss existing cooling tower systems and other Central Utility Plant (CUP) systems. A new structural pad, dunnage platform, equipment enclosure, and screen wall to house the components are included in the scope of work. Other aspects include, but are not limited to, the supporting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sitework, and architectural components. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
