Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Westmount, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Upgrades and repairs to the public safety stairs located on Stanton Street, connecting Stanton Street to Thornhill Street. The scope of work includes a partial demolition, replacement of steps with new ones of durable, weather-resistant materials in accordance with current standards, low wall stabilization, installation of new anchors, installation of handrails. TIMELINE: The owner has not received any proposals for the Request for design services PUB-2025-002/20045726 and cancelled it. Future of the project is not determined at this time. If/when a new RFP for design of this project is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
