Upgrades, reconstruction and redevelopment of Mountain Avenue between Sherbrooke and Cedar Streets. The scope of work includes upgrades to the water retention systems, to the electrical distribution network, repairs of the water main and sewer networks, road improvement and paving work. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in early 2026. Construction start is preliminary slated for fall/late 2026.
