The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition and Removal: This involves the selective demolition and removal of portions of an existing exterior patio walls and slab, an existing connector stair and adjacent areas outlined within the constructions drawings. The work includes the removal of existing walls and stairs identified on the existing condition drawings and demolition plans. New Construction: The project requires reconstruction of the affected area as per the design, ensuring that the new work is seamlessly integrated with the existing site and adjacent site areas. There are two design shown within the construction drawings and each design total cost for construction must be shown on the bid form. The transition between the new and existing work must be flawless and free of imperfections. All work must be completed in accordance with the provided plans, specifications, and applicable standards to maintain the functionality and aesthetic integrity of the library and the exterior site areas.
