The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The project will consist of stripping of the existing grass and removing rocks and other non-organic materials from the top 6" of the topsoil. No rocks retained on a 1/2 " sieve should be allowed in the topsoil. The cleaned topsoil will be regraded (and irrigation heads adjusted to finish grade) to be a smooth surface, slope to meet adjacent edges and to adjacent swale and catch basins between the practice and competition fields. The field will be resodded from a current season, single plot at a preapproved sod farm. The sod will be big roll, non-netted, and cool season variety. Sod needs to be approved by the district.
