Ochsner Chabert - Steam System Improvements The Bidder shall agree to fully complete the contract 200 calendar days after given the "Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner. The Bidder shall agree to pay as Liquidated Damages the amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($ 2,000.00) for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not complete, beginning with the first day beyond the completion date stated on the "Notice to Proceed" INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: The Bidder shall agree to provide Insurance Coverage in the limits specified in the attached document, Supplementary Conditions to the Contract for Construction. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and in particular to reject a bid not accompanied by any data required by the Bidding Documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
