**As of March 25, 2025, the project will be rebid by the end of this month. No anticipated date determined yet. The Project consists of the replacement of the dedicated outside air dx units for the classroom buildings 2, 3, 4, 6 & 7. Remove and disconnect existing equipment to be dispose and provide new equipment to be install in same location. Provide all required connections including new refrigerant piping, DDC controls and ductwork connection. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids may be mailed or hand delivered to Volusia County Schools, Facilities Services, 3750 Olson Drive, Daytona Beach, Florida 32124. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashiers check in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total bid. Bidders for this project are required to hold a current Certificate of Prequalification for Contractors issued by the Volusia County School Board at the time of Bid Opening. All bids shall be binding for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid Opening or until School Board approval of the bid, whichever occurs first.
