Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dwight, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Village of Dwight does hereby invite sealed bids for Renfrew Park Phase One. Work will include temporary soil erosion and sediment control, site preparation, earthwork, subsurface drainage, asphalt paving, concrete paving, curbs, and footings, picnic shelter installation, playground and fitness equipment installation, play surfacing (engineered wood fiber and poured-in-place rubber), sport court color coating, chain-link fence, tennis and pickleball net and post installation, site furnishing installation, turf grass seeding and landscaping. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Village of Dwight. The successful bidder, as determined by the Village of Dwight, shall be required to pay, and to agree to pay no less than the Prevailing Rate of Wages, pursuant to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) for the locality of the Village of Dwight (Livingston County), to each laborer worker, or mechanic needed or used to complete the work as detailed in the contract to be let. The successful contractor, and all subcontractors shall be required to submit certified payrolls online no later than the tenth day of each calendar month for the immediately preceding month.
