Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brooklyn, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the reconstruction of Hotel Street from Commercial Street to North Rutland Avenue. This reconstruction involves approximately 325 linear feet (LF) of complete roadway reconstruction with new asphaltic pavement, curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalk and terrace. This reconstruction work will also require installation of approximately 310 LF of water main and 485 LF of sanitary sewer main. A new Village parking lot will also be constructed and will involve site grading, a stormwater basin, and approximately 10,000 square feet of new asphaltic pavement. This project also includes a roadway extension of Prosperity Place approximately 130 LF south of current limits and the adjacent surface asphaltic paving of a section of Prosperity Place and Heritage Drive, which had a binder layer placed in 2024. Additional Description: The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
