Question Deadline 02/06/2025 at 1:00 PM CT Iowa DOT is seeking a contractor to remove and repair or replace damaged SoftStop system guardrail on US 20 West Bound near the 282 mile marker, about 3/10ths of a mile West of Hwy 38. This project is exempt from state sales tax. Insurance listing the Iowa DOT as additional insured will be required prior to the project starting. Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit. Completion date of work by February 28, 2025. Contract Award One contract will be awarded for all lines. All lines are tied. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible contractor whose submitted quote is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
