The subject line of any emailed proposals must be the same as what is directed to be on the envelope of any hard copy submittals. Mid-State Technical College is soliciting proposals from Contractors to provide Grounds & Landscaping Services, lawn mowing, edging, weeding and overall upkeep of Wisconsin Rapids Campus grounds. The awarded Contractor can use a variety of MSTC equipment and/or their own equipment. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner. Proposals may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed one hundred twenty (120) days from the date above for the purpose of reviewing them and investigating the qualifications of proposers, prior to awarding contracts. No proposal may be withdrawn during this period without written consent of the Owner. All Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, identified as Mid-State RFP #843 Mid-State Grounds & Land-scaping Services clearly marked on the outside of the envelope and endorsed by the proposer, or emailed to purchasing@mstc.edu with a 35MB maximum acceptable file size.
