Renovation of a municipal facility in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project consists of removal and replacement of (2) existing steam boilers, associated steam piping, steam converters, pumps, controls, and accessories with (3) new high efficiency condensing boilers including new system circulating pumps, piping, controls, and accessories. The removal of (10) air handling units which will be replaced with (8) new air handling units. All associated electrical, plumbing, general, and structural rework for the removal and replacement will be necessary. Auxiliary HVAC equipment installed as shown on plans. Building controls (area of work courthouse) to be entirely upgraded from pneumatic to DDC upon completion of work and will be an extension of the existing BMS system.
