General Construction- to Include Demo and Finishes Plumbing Hvac Electrical Bidders to Whom Award of a Contract is Under Consideration Shall Submit to the Architect, Upon Request, a Properly Executed Aia Document A305 Contactor's Qualification Statement No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Bid Opening Without Consent of the Owner. Pursuant to Current Wisconsin Statutes, Wage Rates Were Eliminated at the Beginning of 2017. Attention of Bidders is Particularly Called to the Requirement as to Conditions of Employment to Be Observed. Final Questions Must Be Submitted by July 31st, 2024 at 10:00 Am. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Waive or Not Waive Irregularities in the Bids Received and to Accept Any Proposal Which They Deem Most Favorable to the Interests of the Owner.
