**As of March 19, 2025, the project was awarded to Queen City Sheet Metal & Roofing, with an awarded amount of $343,997.46.** The improvement consists of: Re-roof construction, installing new fall arrest protection systems, and all related work at the City of Bellingham Pacific Street Operations Center (PSOC) Warehouse Building located at 1300 Carolina Street, Bellingham, WA 98229. Alternate Bid Work consists of: 1) PSOC Warehouse- Add new 3.3" polyiso insulation over base layer of existing metal roofing. 2) PSOC Warehouse- Install new sheet metal gutters and downspouts in lieu of reusing existing gutters and downspouts 3) PSOC Barn Solar- Add fall protection devices & solar system on the existing structure located at 2200 Nevada Street, Bellingham, WA 98229. Price Range: $550,000 - $950,000 All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid.
