Bid for the purchase of the following: O Gravel for Approximately Six (6) Miles of Roads and Additional Maintenance Needs, or Approximately 4500 Tons, Plus or Minus. O Gravel to Be South Dakota Spec Road Gravel O Gravel to Be Delivered and Spread on the Designated Brule Township Roadways. O Grading Will Be Done by the Township. O Desired Delivery Between July 15, 2025 and August 31, 2025. Alternate Delivery Beginning Date Will Be Considered. O Delivery Must Be Completed by August 31, 2025. O an Additional Six (6) Miles, or 4500 Tons of Gravel May Be Purchased if Conditions and Time Allows. Bidder Should Indicate if the Additional Quantity is Possible. Delivery Outside of the Desired Delivery Times Will Be Considered for the Additional Gravel. Brule Township will also receive bids for CRUSHED CONCRETE for use on AS NEEDED BASIS. Envelope should be plainly marked: BID FOR GRAVEL. The Board of Township Officials reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
