The Senath Housing Authority is now accepting sealed bids for the roof replacement of 17 buildings. This includes 16 duplexes and 1 office building. Contractors will need to include in the bid: tearing off old shingle and discarding old materials, cost for new shingles and other materials needed pertaining to the job, labor, and timeframe for job completion. Must present a breakdown for cost per building and a breakdown for cost of overall project. Bids will also need to include basic contact information such as phone number(s), Email, name of contact person(s), and business information. Requirements: -Must present W9 if your bid is chosen. -Must have a City of Senath workers permit. -Must have liability insurance to cover at minimum one million dollars. -references and/or examples of work previously done is a plus Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity, and payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth by law must be paid on this project.
